Registered Nurse for 4S Acute Care – Surgery, Nights, 36 hours per week. The RN provides quality nursing services by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, serving as a liaison between patients, families, providers, and other care team members. Core duties include patient care and care coordination, patient advocacy and satisfaction, performance improvement, professional competency and growth, and leadership development. Responsibilities also encompass documenting assessments and care delivered, maintaining confidentiality, safety, and adherence to hospital policies, and contributing to shared governance through participation on councils or sponsored activities.
