Registered Nurse, 4 Tower, Full time, Day Shift

Provide and document professional nursing care to surgical patients using the Nursing Process, including assessment, planning, diagnosis, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate care with other professionals and ancillary personnel, communicating findings to appropriate parties. Perform any job-related duties requested by the Nurse Manager or Director. Maintain licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina with an ADN degree and BLS certification. This role supports the surgical team in delivering critical patient care within established policies and standard work protocols.
