Registered Nurse - 4 South Telemetry Days Nights Flex

Assess patients and families across a wide range of clinical needs, from uncomplicated to highly complex, by recognizing deviations and abnormalities in physical, emotional, and behavioral status. Implement technical skills and evidence-based practices to execute optimal care plans while prioritizing both expected and unanticipated patient requirements. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to monitor care effectiveness, address potential problems proactively, and maintain compliant clinical documentation. Serve as a department resource for clinical practice and operational systems, assisting peers in acquiring necessary skills and behaviors. Work onsite at Cayuga Medical Center in Ithaca, NY, on a full-time schedule of three 12-hour shifts weekly including weekends and holidays as assigned.
