Registered Nurse 4 Medical Weekend Full-Time Nights

Assess patients' needs and develop individualized plans of care, evaluating progress toward expected outcomes. Administer patient care in an acute care setting, documenting assessments, medication administration, treatments, and patient safety. Collaborate with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams to manage the unit, delegate tasks to appropriate team members, and serve as a preceptor, charge nurse, or educator. Prioritize care using Evidence-Based Practice Standards while maintaining compliance with hospital policies and advocating for patients and families. Maintain competency in nursing skills, equipment use, and age-specific developmental needs. Work weekends from 7p-7a in a 252-bed acute care facility offering advanced services including cardiology, robotics surgery, and cardiology cath lab accreditation.
