Job Summary
Deliver direct patient care from admission to discharge using the nursing process, performing assessments and coordinating individual plans of care including discharge planning. Direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing care within the assigned clinical setting while delegating tasks appropriately based on competency levels. Manage 36 hours of night shifts (7pm-7:30am) as a non-exempt caregiver at UMass Memorial Health, adhering to standards of nursing practice and unit-specific certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration
- BLS certification
- Thorough knowledge of the discipline of Nursing
