Job Summary
Registered Nurse opportunity at Encompass Health in Hartford, CT. Provide individualized, compassionate care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting; supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Build relationships with patients and families, collaborate with multiple departments for coordinated care, and provide direct patient care when needed. Serve as a resource for staff, support complex patient needs, and celebrate patient milestones. Requires valid RN license and CPR; ACLS/CRRN preferred; one year of rehab-hospital experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
