Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional rehabilitation support. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families by understanding their unique needs to facilitate recovery. Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and serve as a resource for fellow staff regarding complex patient inquiries. This role offers one year of rehabilitation hospital experience preference and requires valid RN licensure and CPR certification.
