Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional inpatient rehabilitation support. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to facilitate their recovery while collaborating with various departments for coordinated care. Serve as a resource for fellow staff regarding complex patient needs and inquiries. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, $39-$50/hr pay, and benefits including tuition reimbursement and a 401(k) match. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
