Registered Nurse, 3 West, Cardiac Vascular, 24 Hours, Days

Conduct direct patient care planning and management from admission to discharge for the cardiac vascular unit. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments, then develop and coordinate individualized care plans including discharge planning. Direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing care within the assigned clinical setting while delegating tasks to staff based on competency levels. Utilize the nursing process to adhere to standards of practice for a 24-hour day shift (0700-1930) with every third weekend off.
