Utilize the nursing process to plan, deliver, and manage direct patient care from admission to discharge in the ICU setting. Coordinate nursing care within the assigned clinical setting, delegate to staff based on competency, and document all care activities. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality and continuity of care while participating in nursing governance and performance improvement initiatives.
