Review patient medical records, laboratory results, and allergies; relay pertinent information to the surgical team. Educate patients and families on pre-, intra-, and post-procedure expectations. Monitor airway, circulation, and breathing during and after procedures; manage access site care, vital signs, pain, and nausea. Document procedures in the EMR and manage clinical trial coordination, including scheduling follow-ups and triaging patient calls. Coordinate quarterly disaster drills, manage case costs, and oversee narcotic inventory and MAC anesthesia induction. Requires BLS and ACLS certification, Arizona licensure, and a minimum of three years nursing experience.
