Job Summary
Critical Care Transport Nurse position with Premier Ambulance operating in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Responsible for direct patient care during high-risk ambulance transports, utilizing Basic and Advanced Life Support, and collaborating with EMTs. Requires 2+ years of nursing experience in a critical care area within the prior 24 months, unrestricted California RN licensure, and current AHA BLS/ACLS/PALS plus NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days of hire. Shift pattern includes long 10–12 hour shifts with daily overtime; competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include maintaining protocols, ensuring continuity of services, coordinating with CCT Manager, and providing patient advocacy. Required Qualifications
- California State Registered Nurse (unrestricted licensure)
- AHA BLS
- AHA ACLS
- AHA PALS

- Emergency Room Critical Care or ICU: 2 years (Required)
- Two years of experience in a critical care environment (ER, ICU) in a large tertiary care facility that provides high acuity patients with a wide range of diagnoses.
