Job Summary
Critical Care Transport Registered Nurse needed to provide Basic and Advanced Life Support during high-risk ambulance transports. Works alongside trained EMTs to care for critically ill patients during inter-facility or hospital transports, with pediatric or adult patient focus. Role requires 2+ years of CCU/ER/ICU nursing experience, adherence to treatment protocols, and strong communication with the CCT team. Offers full-time hours, 24-hour shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package in Southern California (Riverside area). Includes ongoing certification support and access to state-of-the-art equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a critical care area within the previous 24 months
- California State Registered Nurse (unrestricted licensure)
- AHA BLS
- AHA ACLS
- AHA PALS
- NIH Stroke Scale (within 90 days of hire)
- TNCC, ATCN, PHTLS (within 6 months of hire)
- Emergency Room Critical Care or ICU: 2 years (Required)
- Two years of CCU/ER/ICU experience in a large tertiary care facility
