Job Summary
Provide oversight within the nursing scope of care for a variety of patients in the Neonatal ICU. Manage non-licensed personnel delegated patient care tasks and adhere to all licensing board, agency, and Benefis Health System policies. Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and manage conflict in constantly changing situations. Requires current state Registered Nurse licensure and BLS certification. Starting wage is $35.89/hourly, non-exempt.
