Job Summary
Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients' physical and behavioral health needs and developing nursing care plans. Maintain medical records, educate patients and families, and accurately administer medications while documenting controlled substance counts. Notify physicians of significant status changes, ensure verbal orders are transcribed appropriately, and complete admission and discharge processing. Demonstrate universal precautions, exhibit therapeutic rapport with patients, and communicate professionally with visitors and co-workers. Full-time evening shift from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm with flexible scheduling and a $20k sign-on bonus. Located in Williamsburg, Pennsylvania, serving adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing
- Must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by the state of employment or be eligible to practice nursing in accordance with state requirements
- One year of nursing experience
- CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required
- First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements
