Job Summary
Assess assigned patients, evaluate care plans, and document nursing interventions while reporting vital sign changes and symptoms. Modify treatment plans based on patient responses and physician orders, reviewing diagnostic tests to assess overall condition. Consult with physicians and healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans, preparing patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments. Administer medications safely, maintain accurate records, and operate medical equipment within scope of practice. Prioritize assignments to render superior care, provide psychological support, and assist new staff as a preceptor.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Valid State of Florida RN license
- Learning Agility: Ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and protocols, and adapt to changing priorities and work demands
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a team environment
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using office software, technology, and relevant computer applications
- Communication: Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues and stakeholders
