Job Summary
Assess assigned patients, evaluate treatment plans, and modify care based on responses and physician orders. Review diagnostic tests, administer medications safely, and assist with examinations while documenting accurate records. Consult with physicians to plan and implement care, communicate treatment plans to patients and families, and support discharge planning. Prioritize assignments, adapt to changing demands, and safely operate medical equipment. Serve as a preceptor to assist new staff in acclimating to the healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Valid State of Florida RN license
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Learning Agility: Ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and protocols, and adapt to changing priorities and work demands
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a team environment
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using office software, technology, and relevant computer applications
- Communication: Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues and stakeholders
