Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and IV infusions to adult oncology patients while performing patient assessments and monitoring treatment responses. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and symptom management, ensuring adherence to hazardous drug handling protocols. Communicate clinical changes and diagnostic results to physicians, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with the care team to coordinate supportive care. Deliver compassionate, specialized care within the Oncology/Infusion Center in accordance with clinical standards.
