Coordinate patient care throughout the perioperative process, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients across all age groups. Direct and support OR Technicians and ancillary staff while promoting efficient patient flow, unit organization, and continuity of care. Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered perioperative care in a collaborative surgical environment, working alongside surgeons, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory, professional, and hospital standards while participating in quality improvement, staff meetings, and continuing education. Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to team members.
