Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Collaborate effectively with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and serve as a resource for fellow staff. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, supporting them through rehabilitation milestones. This role offers a $10K sign-on bonus and a Weekend +1 option, with eligibility for benefits and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
