Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to facilitate recovery, while collaborating with various departments to ensure coordinated care. Serve as a resource for fellow staff supporting complex patient needs and inquiries. This Registered Nurse role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and is based at Encompass Health, a national inpatient rehabilitation leader with over 150 locations. Valid RN licensure, CPR certification, and one year of rehabilitation hospital experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
