Registered Nurse - 100FN -Sun, Wed, Fri, Sat 11PM-7AM

Coordinate medical pre-admission evaluations, triage, and daily nursing care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including medication management, wound care, and dietary oversight. Conduct monthly medication reviews, monitor vital signs, and provide first aid while escorting clients to medical appointments. Develop and update annual Nursing Care Plans, lead staff training on infection control and acute condition protocols, and supervise Certified Nurse Assistants. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, consult reviews, and committee work as assigned. Share rotating on-call responsibilities for after-hours and weekend triage, responding to residence requests within thirty minutes. Maintain strict confidentiality and assist with court documentation as needed.
