Registered Nure - Med/Surg Per Diem - Night Shift

Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for patients on med/surg units while utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain an active NIHSS certification and demonstrate telemetry competence within 14 days of hire by passing an online test. Requires current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL, a BSN (strongly preferred), and a minimum of two years of recent acute care clinical experience. Night shift coverage (2300-0730) with weekend and holiday requirements per level agreement.
