Job Summary
Provide high-quality, person-centred mental health nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while monitoring service users' mental and physical wellbeing. Maintain accurate clinical records and follow safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety procedures. Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care in line with professional standards and regulatory requirements. Uphold service user confidentiality, dignity, and respect at all times. Participate in training, supervision, and continuous professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration
- Relevant nursing degree or diploma
- Up-to-date knowledge of mental health nursing practice, care standards, and clinical procedures
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to undergo background checks (DBS)
