Job Summary
Support individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs with daily tasks including cooking, personal care, cleaning, and budgeting. Encourage independence through meaningful activities and community access while providing emotional reassurance and structure during challenging times. Monitor and record progress to recognize small wins, ensuring safe, respectful, and inclusive routines. Work regular 12-hour shifts, including waking nights, to deliver consistent care. Required Qualifications
- Full UK (manual) driving licence

- Basic IT skills for communication and record-keeping

- Confidence working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge
- This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references. All criminal convictions, including spent ones, must be declared.
