Registered Medication Aide

Administer medications according to state guidelines and facility policies while documenting administration and maintaining accurate records. Monitor residents for side effects or changes in condition and report findings to nursing staff. Assist residents with daily living tasks as needed and support a safe, clean, and respectful environment through effective communication with residents, families, and team members. Requires current Registered Medication Aide certification, experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred, and a GED or High School Diploma.
