Registered Medication Aide-RMA (PT)(Enhaced Services)

As a Registered Medication Aide, you will manage and coordinate medication administration schedules while preparing and dispensing medications in accordance with regulatory guidelines. You will document pertinent information, complete incident reports, and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and safe resident care. Effective communication with residents, families, and staff is essential, along with the ability to promote compassion, comfort, and well-being. Physical requirements include the capability to stand or walk for up to four-hour intervals, climb stairs, lift 25 pounds, and handle the Medication Cart.
