Job Summary
Registered Medical Technologist responsible for performing a full range of laboratory tests across Transfusion Service, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology/Immunology, Toxicology, Special Chemistry and Fibrinolysis. Ensure accuracy and reporting of results to physicians; operate and maintain a variety of laboratory instruments; adhere to policies/procedures; work under supervision with potential independent responsibilities in specimen processing, test performance, and result reporting. Night shift with weekend and holiday rotation; 80 hours biweekly; position includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus with a 12-month commitment. Requires a Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or technology (or Chemical/Biological Science) and ASCP or AMT certification; 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred. Core competencies include prioritization, accuracy, quality assurance, problem solving, and adherence to TriHealth SERVE standards.
