Registered Massage Therapist

Set goals and provide treatment plans for clients based on clinical assessments of soft tissues, joint function, and range of motion. Consult with interdisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive treatment strategies and propose specific intervention protocols. Administer and collect outcome measurement data while providing ongoing progress evaluations. Educate clients on posture improvement and teach strengthening, stretching, and rehabilitative exercises alongside relaxation techniques. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and communicate with appropriate referral sources. Report hazards and regulatory contraventions in compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
