Deliver high-quality, one-on-one clinical care to clients at Myodetox in Richmond Hill using your clinical reasoning to create action plans that help clients move longer and feel better. Engage with local referral sources to grow your caseload, participate in structured mentorship and ongoing clinical education, and collaborate with the Clinic Director and Lead Clinician to tailor support and training for growth. Maintain licensure and liability insurance, prioritize client needs, and contribute to a collaborative clinic culture with strong communication and customer-service focus.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with affiliated college
- Have the appropriate liability insurance
- Deliver high-quality care with patient-focused approach
- Demonstrate clinical reasoning and ability to create action plans
- Engage with local referral sources to develop caseload
- Participate in mentorship and clinical education
- Collaborate with Clinic Director and Lead Clinician for growth
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team player with commitment to clinic culture
- Willingness to mentor and support colleagues
- Ability to manage a manageable caseload below 8 clients/day (target)
