Job Summary
Deliver exceptional massage therapy care, build strong client relationships to support retention, and maintain accurate clinical records. Collaborate with the broader clinical team, participate in weekly meetings, and engage in ongoing skill development through hands-on training. Contribute to a positive, professional clinic culture while managing a busy schedule with consistent demand and internal referrals. Located in a modern 5,300 sq ft facility in Calgary, the role offers mentorship, professional development, and access to on-site gym resources.
Required Qualifications
- Are a licensed RMT in good standing
- Want to build and maintain a busy schedule
- Care about excellent client experience and long-term retention
- Communicate well, collaborate easily, and show up professionally
- Active RMT license
- Professional liability insurance
- Clear police check
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Commitment to professional growth and excellent care
- Preferred: 30+ hours/week availability (open to strong candidates starting part-time and ramping up)
