Job Summary
Deliver exceptional, evidence-informed care to clients while developing meaningful relationships and establishing treatment goals. Educate clients throughout their recovery and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Participate in structured mentorship, team development, and community initiatives to foster professional growth. This role reports directly to the Clinic Director within Axis, a network of seven GTA clinics delivering over 100,000 annual treatment sessions. Candidates must be registered and in good standing with the Ontario regulatory college, demonstrating strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning. The position offers competitive fee splits, ongoing CE funding, in-house marketing support, and dedicated administrative assistance to help clinicians build a thriving career.
