Job Summary
Registered Manager responsible for the overall leadership and management of an Ofsted-registered children’s home in Gloucester. Lead day-to-day operations, ensure safeguarding and compliance with regulatory standards, manage and develop staff, oversee recruitment and placement decisions, and build relationships with external agencies, families and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes for children and young people with complex behaviours through trauma-informed, person-centred care.
Required Qualifications
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
- Ofsted registration
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in managing residential childcare settings
- Leadership and staff development skills
- Safeguarding knowledge
