Job Summary
Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance while leading a compassionate team to deliver person-centred support. Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring a safe, positive, and nurturing environment that promotes dignity, wellbeing, and independence for residents with autism and learning disabilities. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for the eight adults supported. This full-time role (40 hours per week) is based in Chasetown, Staffordshire, within a residential home focused on empowering individuals to live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives.
Required Qualifications
- Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or is working towards it
- Have previous experience as a CQC registered Manager
- Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Can confidently support individuals with complex needs and behaviours
