Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing in a CQC-registered care setting
- Qualified to Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care
- Strong skills in team leadership, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance
- Passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable young people
