Registered Manager - Ofsted Children’s Home

Lead and manage a children’s residential care home to deliver high-quality care in line with Ofsted standards. Responsibilities include providing strong leadership to a diverse residential care team, promoting healthy development for children and young people, safeguarding and protecting them from risks, supporting crises, guiding transitions (admissions/discharges), implementing home policies and procedures, upholding the Statement of Purpose, ensuring compliance with Children’s Act regulations and Ofsted requirements, coordinating staff to cover weekends and school holidays, chairing meetings, and directing the Ofsted inspection process to achieve high ratings.
