Job Summary
Lead day-to-day care delivery in Brentwood, ensuring full CQC compliance and high standards of person-centred service. Oversee client assessments, care planning, and quality assurance while managing safeguarding, risk, and medication processes. Direct the care team through recruitment, supervision, and appraisal, and handle complaints and feedback constructively. Monitor staffing capacity and participate in the on-call rota for operational support. Build relationships with local health professionals and act as an ambassador for GoodOaks. Work closely with the Franchise Owner on service quality and compliance, with evolving responsibilities as the local service grows.
Required Qualifications
- An experienced Domiciliary Care Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up
- Holding (or willing to work towards) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes
- The ability to maintain compliance while leading team performance
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
- A calm, professional approach under pressure
- A full UK driving licence
- You will be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check to work with vulnerable adults
