Job Summary
Senior-level role transitioning from pure business development to full Registered Manager responsibilities in complex care packages across multiple regions. Leverage established relationships with commissioners, discharge teams, and case managers to build a regional caseload; as packages are won, role evolves to include back-office and clinical governance support. Initial workload is two days per week, with growth aligned to delivery and results. Requires current NMC registration (RGN) or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, and strong knowledge of local health and social care commissioning landscapes (ICB leads, CHC teams, discharge planners, HSC Trusts). Strong regional networking and delivery capability are essential, with the potential to scale responsibilities as performance dictates.
Required Qualifications
- Current NMC registration (RGN)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (held, not in progress)
