Job Summary
Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional therapeutic care for children with complex emotional and behavioral needs. Create a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment while ensuring consistent compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Drive positive outcomes through high-quality care planning, championing the organization's innovative therapeutic model to help children build trusting relationships and develop resilience. Coach and empower staff to provide outstanding care, working collaboratively with families and partner agencies to achieve the best results for young people.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years' experience in the last five years working in a role relevant to residential childcare
- At least one year of experience in an early leadership role, demonstrating your ability to guide and support a team
- Demonstrable experience of working with children/young people with complex needs, who exhibit challenging and behavioural difficulties
- Experience of leading by example with the application of safeguarding practices and policies
- Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the service
- Monday to Friday
Desired Qualifications
- Whilst a management qualification Level 5 would be great
