Registered/Licensed Practical Nurse

Provide direct nursing care including assessments, treatments, and medication administration for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Develop and implement individualized care plans while monitoring health status and responding to changes with appropriate interventions. Offer clinical oversight to LPNs/LVNs and support staff, training caregivers on health-related topics. Ensure accurate documentation and coordinate care with providers, pharmacies, and community partners. Participate in care reviews, team meetings, and service planning to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. Requires an active RN or LPN license, ASN or BSN, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience. BLS certification and experience with EHR systems are essential.
