Job Summary
Build a consistent outpatient caseload starting at 15+ sessions per week, ramping toward 24+ sessions for full-time benefits, while delivering therapy in-person in Broward offices or via hybrid telehealth. Provide weekly qualified supervision through individual or group sessions and complete timely, high-quality clinical documentation. Collaborate with a supportive team of colleagues and external providers while upholding the highest ethical and professional standards. Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy and current registration as an RMHCI, RCSWI, or RMFTI in Florida, with availability for at least two late-afternoon or evening shifts per week.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Currently registered (or eligible to register within 60 days) as RCSWI, RMHCI, or RMFTI in Florida
- Availability for at least 2 late-afternoon/evening shifts per week (e.g., 3–8 PM)
- Commitment to growing and maintaining a steady caseload
