Job Summary
Support existing and new clients by providing audiological assessments and hearing evaluations; stay abreast of trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technology to make meaningful recommendations; build relationships with clients and collaborate with clinic team to support walk-ins and inbound calls. Must be a graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program with unrestricted practice eligibility and provincial registration; comfortable providing product/service recommendations and patient-centric education to ensure product adoption; experience with hearing health care products and services and familiarity with brands such as Widex, Signia, and/or Rexton is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program
- Unrestricted ability to practice in the Audiology field and registration with your provincial governing body in good standing
- Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience
