Job Summary
Provide standardized hearing evaluations and audiological assessments, educate clients on product usage and features, recommend hearing solutions, and follow up to ensure client needs are met. Collaborate with clinic team to support walk-in clients and inbound calls, stay current on trends in hearing aid promotions and enhancements, and build relationships to ensure appropriate care and post-care solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program
- Unrestricted ability to practice in the Audiology field and registration with your provincial governing body in good standing
- Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience
- Excellent communicator who can establish professional rapport with clients and team members
- Comfortable making product and service recommendations and providing patient-centric education
- Experience with WSA brands (Widex, Signia, and/or Rexton) would be an asset, though not required
