Job Summary
Provide health assessments and ongoing health care for Looked After Children in Rossie’s residential/secure campus, acting as liaison for health with primary and specialist services. Deliver nursing duties including a daily nurse-led clinic, medication management, and on-site GP/dental/optician clinics; coordinate and evaluate care plans, promote physical, mental and emotional well-being, support health education and health promotion, and maintain accurate clinical records. Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure health needs of care-experienced young people are met, including collaboration with NHS trusts, CAMHS, and other professionals, and support transition from childhood to adult services.
Required Qualifications
- First Level Registered Nurse with current NMC Registration
- Evidence of continuous professional development

- Full Clean Driving Licence (Essential)
