Job Summary
Conduct client service and administrative support for Financial Advisors, including handling check requests, deposits, wiring funds, and resolving account inquiries. Accept and enter client orders, create daily reports, and maintain files in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Act as a liaison between the Branch and Home Office for technology and vendor issues while assisting with new account openings and prospecting through mailings and seminars. Interact daily with clients via phone and in person to schedule appointments and relay corrective information. Work under direct supervision in a stationary office environment, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years work experience in financial services
- Series 7
- Series 63/65 or Series 66
- Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience
- Minimum required: 2+ years work experience in financial services experience
