Job Summary
Assist residents in reaching nutritional and medical goals by providing nutrition services and medical nutrition therapy. Evaluate, monitor, and document the nutritional status and needs of residents while identifying and providing nutritional counseling to meet cultural requirements. Write dietary orders and ensure high standards of care through attention to detail. Requires a bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition or Dietetics, a valid Illinois Clinical Dietitian License, and one year of experience in a long-term care environment.
