Job Summary
The Registered Dietitian will collaborate with providers to offer medical nutrition therapy, conduct nutrition assessments, and develop educational materials for patients. This role involves maintaining credentials, educating patients and families, participating in patient care quality improvements, and engaging in community outreach. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or a related field and possess experience in outpatient care.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian
- Bachelor’s degree in food and nutrition, dietetics or public health
- Successful completion of a dietetic internship
- Current Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) card
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in nutrition or other related health field
- Significant experience and training in outpatient nutrition care
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
