Job Summary
Perform assigned tasks and projects while providing clerical, research, or technical support to the assigned division. Adhere to all University and unit-level policies, safeguarding assets and assisting departments in meeting strict deadlines. Keep supervising staff informed of work progress and any issues encountered while developing relationships with department staff and other parties. Maintain learning agility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands, utilizing strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction. This temporary, part-time role supports the University of Miami Health System's mission to transform lives through education, research, and service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience
- Certification or license
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Learning Agility: Ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and protocols, and adapt to changing priorities and work demands
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a team environment
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using office software, technology, and relevant computer applications
- Communication: Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues and stakeholders
