Provides registered dietitian services across sites, planning, organizing, developing, and directing the nutritional care of residents in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations; collaborates with the Director of Dining Services to maintain quality, safe, and sanitary dining services; exercises administrative authority and may train employees on proper techniques as needed; works with others to ensure daily delivery of quality nutritional services in a healthcare facility setting.
