Job Summary
Registered Dietitian (RD) needed at Ontario Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Wake County, NC. Conduct nutritional assessments, collaborate with medical staff to develop care plans, address dietary needs (skin health and weight management), oversee nutritional supply procurement, provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff, update diet orders and menus daily via menu management software, and participate in audits with interdisciplinary teams to maintain care standards. Requires RD degree in Nutrition or Dietetics and supervisory experience in healthcare; strong interpersonal/leadership skills and familiarity with regulations and EMR software.
